The Mailing Tank Main Data Repository is a series of redundant, high-availability databases that act as the focal point of the Mailing Tank technology. Each individual database is in constant synch with the others, ensuring no single point of failure across the data repository.

In the event that customer data is being mirrored with an in-house CRM system, when data is updated via any process (Mailing Tank end-user, member profile change, action data, etc), the data is synched to the CRM system in real-time. (Note: Real-time synch is not required; scheduled or on-demand synch configurations are also available).
