Dynamic Message Assembly - ADVANCED FEATURES

Dynamic Message Assembly (referred also as dynamic content, dynamic segmentation and content assembly or content customisation) is the ability to create a single email template that delivers different, personalised emails to your customers based upon their demographic profile and preferences.
This feature enables you to take email personalisation to a higher level, beyond simply merging an email with the recipient’s first name. With dynamic message assembly, you can send an entire email that is individualised for each customer, based on their profile, preferences and actions. Using dynamic message assembly, your customers will receive extremely relevant emails that are tailored to their individual interests.

Benefits of Dynamic Message Assembly for Marketers and Customers
For Marketers

Increases productivity and frees up resources by reducing time required to produce multiple messages.

Builds loyalty and retention rates as customers look forward to more personalised communications.

Increases revenue and leads by delivering highly relevant and personalised emails that increase the recipient’s likelihood of taking action.

For Customers

Customers can receive special offers and notifications that are relevant to their specific interests and needs.

Customers receive only the information they want.

Customers can quickly find the information or products of interest to them.

How Mailing Tank Dynamic Message Assembly Feature Works

1. Email Template
Your company or Mailing Tank creates a template that contains the desired "content blocks" in which the variable content (text, images, logos, etc.) will reside. These content blocks in the template include embedded "if/then" statements that determine which content sources are assembled for each recipient.

2. List Database/Filters
Your list database is set up with detailed demographic variables that you create - location, age, job title, company size, sex, etc. From your specific demographics, a filter is then created that selects subscribers that meet the filter specifics about categories or actions they've taken . That will then be matched with the appropriate content.

3. Assembly and Distribution
The emails are then scheduled for delivery by our Message Scheduler and passed onto the personalisation engine. The personalisation engine preprocesses the message, sets it up for tracking and personalisation and performs the mail merge and dynamic content functions.

How You Can Use Dynamic Message Assembly
