Mailing Tank can create a number of account types. These can be based on full administrative accounts, enabling access to all areas of the system through to reporting only accounts where only selected campaign reports can be viewed.

Mailing Tank can set up the system so selective areas or reports can be seen such as reports from a single campaign or database within an account with multiple databases. Features can be activated and de-activated for circumstances such as turning of access to individual names for downloading, reporting etc. This can often be essential where the access needs to be limited for 3rd party list use (such as list brokers).
