When uploading lists to your account databases, you can
choose to simply update what you have, and not add a new
entry.
Example:
If your existing database contains details for johndoe@email.com
and your new list contains new information on Mr Doe. You
can upload the new list and it will change the existing
contact information without adding a second entry for Mr.
Doe.
